I'm not big on Sudoku, but there are a couple variants I like. The best of them all is Greater Than Sudoku: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sudoku#Variants (last paragraph of the "Variants" section).
There is a pic of an example, but beware: it has clues (pre-entered numbers), i.e. it's for wusses.
